Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Justin M. Croniser has joined the Board of Trustees of the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes effective September 20, 2017.
A group of community activists founded the Nature Center in 1966 to preserve the Shaker Parklands and prevent the Parklands from becoming the route for a new freeway. Currently, the Nature Center conserves a natural area, connects people with nature, and inspires environmental stewardship. The Board of Trustees oversees the Nature Center’s efforts to serve as a model urban environmental resource that welcomes all and enriches people’s lives through education, innovative programs, and community involvement. Each year, nearly 17,000 children participate in more than 40,000 hours of curriculum-related school programs and camps through the Nature Center, including a strong early childhood program for several East Side school districts and the Cleveland Public Schools.
Stanley R. Gorom III, Partner-in-Charge of Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office, stated, “Hahn Loeser is proud of Justin’s selflessness and dedication to a non-profit organization dedicated to conserving green space and teaching children the importance of environmental stewardship. This is yet another example of how Hahn Loeser attorneys give back to our communities throughout Northeast Ohio.”
