Jeffrey A. Brauer served as a panelist during the presentation entitled, “The Roles of Partners and Associates in Trial Preparation,” at the 2015 Litigation Institute hosted by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. The presentation addressed the differing roles and the division of labor between partners and associates in trial preparation as well as at the trial itself.
Jeffrey A. Brauer represents clients in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitration proceedings, with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation. His experience includes contract disputes, business torts, securities, intellectual property, product liability and healthcare. He represents various lenders, secured creditors, general creditors, equipment lessors, and debtors in bankruptcy, federal, and state court proceedings including matters involving receiverships, commercial foreclosures, and collections.
