Katie L. Steiner spoke to members of the Northern District of Ohio chapter of the Federal Bar Association on recent federal court cases involving the visual arts. She delivered her talk during the chapter’s 20th annual summer-social event, held at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Katie provided an overview of a pending Nazi-era looted art claim; a recent Visual Artists Rights Act case; and a copyright- and trademark-infringement lawsuit brought by the estate of a prominent contemporary artist.
