Hahn Loeser Partner Aaron Evenchik presented “The Law of Dirt – Differing and Changed Condition Claims” on March 3, during the Ohio Contractors Association‘s 2026 Conaway Conference in the Columbus Hyatt’s Regency Ballroom. The two-day conference provides a forum to review the previous construction season, provide valuable information for the upcoming year, and networking opportunities.
Since 1918, the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA) has been leveraging the collective power of its members to serve and support Ohio’s Heavy/Highway Construction Industry and its supporting industries to promote advocacy, innovation, and collaboration.
The co-chair of both the firm’s construction and real estate practices, Aaron regularly speaks for industry groups such as the OCA.
