Erin A. Wiggins, a litigation associate in the firm’s Columbus office, focuses his legal practice on intellectual property disputes. He formulates, develops and implements legal strategy, coordinating co-counsel and managing joint defense group responsibilities, where necessary. Erin also has experience drafting briefs at both the District Court and Federal Court levels, drafting settlement documents such as license agreements, and taking and defending fact and expert depositions, including inventor depositions.
