Sonja C. Rice
Sonja Rice has been named to the board of trustees of the Asian American Bar Association of Ohio.
Ms. Rice is a member of the firm’s Construction Law Practice Group and co-chair of the firm’s Alternative Energy and Emerging Technologies Group.
Her practice focuses on negotiation of construction contracts at all levels, resolution of construction-related disputes, and negotiation of business process outsourcing agreements, with a particular emphasis on facilities management and real estate services.
Ms. Rice also has been a professor of Appellate Practice at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Before joining Hahn Loeser, she worked for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
