Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Shmuel S. Kleinman has joined the Cleveland office as an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area. Kleinman focuses on employment-related litigation and class action litigation. He has assisted in complex cases involving a wide range of claims, including consumer and taxpayer rights in Ohio and nationally.
“We are very excited to have Shmuel on our growing team,” remarked Labor and Employment Chair Steven E. Seasly. “His experience navigating all sides of labor and employment challenges will help us continue delivering sophisticated and tailored counsel that meets our clients’ diverse needs.”
Kleinman guides clients through all phases and types of litigation issues, including wage and hour suits, discrimination, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations, and the Florida Telephone Sales Act (FTSA). He also has experience in matters involving the late release of auto liens.
A Cleveland native, Kleinman earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Fellows program and served as Chief Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Telshe Rabbinical College in Wickliffe, Ohio.
