Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP partner Rob Remington was honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the first-ever, multi-year Endurance Honoree during its virtual Chef’s Fantasy event on April 22.
Joe Heider, who has chaired Chef’s Fantasy for 18 years, presented Remington with a plaque depicting his passion for biking, swimming and running, symbolizing his characteristics of an endurance competitor as both a triathlete and humanitarian. The honor recognizes Remington for his passion, dedication, resiliency and support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
“Rob’s been dedicated to giving back and supporting organizations that make a difference in people’s lives, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation” Heider said.
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with CF the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives by funding research and drug development, partnering with the CF community, and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
“On behalf of our Firm and myself, it’s a true honor,” Remington said. “It’s crucial that we stay focused on finding a cure for this disease. We look forward to staying on this journey to the very end.”
Chef’s Fantasy raises funds to support their mission. The event included a celebration of the CF community and a silent auction. You can watch the segment of the program honoring Remington at the link below.
