This session focused on risks and traps of design/build construction. Andy Natale, Rob Remington, Aaron Evenchik and Sonja rice explored strategies related to changes in work, project delay, hidden conditions, and how those issues are effected by the design/build contract and when and how the owner is responsible to compensate the design/builder. They also discussed the design/builders contract and relationship with its designer, recommended insurance coverage, and best practices in the event of a dispute.
