This session focused on risks and traps of design/build construction. Andy Natale, Rob Remington and Aaron Evenchik explored strategies related to changes in work, project delay, hidden conditions, and how those issues are effected by the design/build contract and when and how the owner is responsible to compensate the design/builder. They also discussed the design/builders contract and relationship with its designer, recommended insurance coverage, and best practices in the event of a dispute.
