Hahn Loeser Partner Gregory Thompson served as a Legal Discussion panelist during the 2026 Association of General Contractors of Ohio’s Annual Convention. Greg spoke on the issue of tariffs, including the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down the tariffs President Trump enacted under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”) against numerous countries. The event was held at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest, Beach, & Golf Resort in Puerto Rico on February 23.
