Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that John Paul Lucci has been appointed Partner-in-Charge of the Cleveland office. In his new position, Lucci will remain a practicing partner in all aspects of business and corporate law, while assuming the leadership of the Cleveland office. John Paul will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and for working with all the firm’s practice areas to further the growth and development of Hahn Loeser’s largest office.

Lucci joined Hahn Loeser in 2009 and was elected partner in 2011. By 2015, he began an eight-year tenure as co-chair of the Firm’s Corporate Transactions Group. This past year, Lucci lead teams that successfully closed several acquisitions, negotiated cross-border joint ventures and counseled families through several successful business exits.

Lucci has earned peer accolades from Best Lawyers in America in each of the last eight years and was ranked in the 2024 edition of Chambers USA for Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions. He received his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law. Lucci also earned an M.A. and B.A. from Case Western Reserve and is a graduate of Cleveland’s St. Ignatius High School. Lucci’s writings on corporate governance and M&A have appeared in law reviews and trade publications.
