Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of James M. Gianfagna, who joined the Cleveland office as an associate attorney in the firm’s Business Practice Area. Gianfagna will focus on corporate law and real estate matters.

Named to the Super Lawyers® 2019 and 2022 Ohio Rising Stars list, Gianfagna provides strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and commercial contracts. He has experience representing both buyers and sellers in complex mergers and acquisitions across various industries. Gianfagna has become well-versed in guiding startups, particularly in the “medtech” space, at all stages of a company’s life cycle. His practice includes serving as outside general counsel to for-profit, nonprofit, and startup entities.
Gianfagna’s practice also includes substantial real estate law experience in negotiating, drafting, and counseling on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and easements.
Bringing Northeast Ohio experience to Hahn Loeser, Gianfagna served as an associate at a mid-sized law firm in Cleveland for the previous six years in its business and real estate practice groups.
Gianfagna earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2015, graduating cum laude. He received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Italian from The Ohio State University in 2011, graduating magna cum laude.
