Hahn Loeser & Parks (HLP) is pleased to announce that the immigration law firm of Catherine R. Henin-Clark, P.A. joined the firm effective February 2, 2026. The group includes Partner-in-Charge Catherine R. Henin-Clark and Associate Rosa C. Melia-Acevedo. The team will continue serving US and International clients from its existing offices in Orlando, Florida, while expanding Hahn Loeser’s legal specialties to include US Immigration Law.

By adding the Henin-Clark team, Hahn Loeser establishes a new office in Orlando, FL – the firm’s fifth office in the state and ninth office overall. The firm’s existing offices include Cleveland, Columbus (OH), Chicago and San Diego, along with Florida offices in Naples, Fort Myers, Tampa, Sarasota and now, Orlando.

Catherine R. Henin-Clark – Partner-in-Charge
Born in Madagascar and raised in Paris, France, Catherine Henin-Clark joins Hahn Loeser as a Partner-in-Charge and brings more than 35 years of experience in immigration and nationality law. She is among the small number of board-certified immigration attorneys in Florida and served for six years on the Board Certification Committee. Ms. Henin-Clark graduated as Valedictorian from the prestigious University of Paris Pantheon-Assas, prior to earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is a member of the Paris Bar and the Florida Bar.
Her practice spans both nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent/“green card”) visa matters, representing investors, intra-company transferees, extraordinary ability professionals, athletes, artists, scientists, and other skilled foreign nationals and their U.S. employers. She is known to undertake complex matters, including previously denied immigration cases toward a successful outcome.
Her experience includes E, H, L, O, P, and R nonimmigrant visas, as well as EB1, EB2, EB-2 NIW, PERM, and EB3 employment-based immigrant petitions. She also advises investors worldwide on EB5 (direct and Regional Center) immigrant investor processes. In addition, Ms. Henin-Clark represents U.S. employers in immigration-related regulatory compliance, including employment eligibility verification, I9 audits, and E-Verify matters. She is fluent in French and English.
Rosa C. Melia-Acevedo – Associate
Rosa C. Melia-Acevedo is an associate attorney admitted to practice before all U.S. Immigration Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She focuses her practice on Immigration and Nationality Law and has represented clients across the full spectrum of immigration matters, including family-based and business immigration. Rosa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
