Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP’s Construction Law Practice Group has been ranked as a National Tier 1 Practice for Litigation – Construction in the 2023 “Best Law Firms” report, released by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers.® The 13th edition of “Best Law Firms” marks the second straight year of Tier 1 recognition for Hahn Loeser’s Litigation – Construction practice.
Of the more than 22,000 firms evaluated and interviewed by The Best Lawyers research team, only 571 earned a national Tier 1 recognition. Best Lawyers analyzed almost 124,000 client responses and 12.2 million evaluations of more than 115,000 lawyers.

Along with its national ranking, Hahn Loeser is listed in Tier 1 in four construction-related categories in the report’s metropolitan rankings in the 2023 “Best Law Firms” report, including recognition in both Construction Law and Litigation – Construction for both the Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio markets for the second straight year.
The 2023 “Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. Receiving a tier designation reflects the high level of respect a firm has earned among clients and other leading lawyers in the same communities and the same practice areas based on abilities, professionalism, and integrity.
In addition to its Best Law Firms honor, Hahn Loeser’s Construction Law Practice Group was recognized earlier this year in the Top 50 Construction Law Firms by Construction Executive magazine for 2022 as the only Ohio-based firm to be included in the top 35 spots for the third straight year. Hahn Loeser was also recognized as having one of the leading Construction Law Practices in Ohio by Chambers USA in its 2022 edition.
