Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Maxwell A. Salain has joined the Fort Myers office as an associate in the Firm’s Business Practice Area. Salain will focus on general corporate and transactional advisement, entity formation, commercial contracts, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of real estate transactions and leasing matters.

Salain’s experience includes advising business owners, counseling biotechnology and life science companies and advising institutional lenders on multi-million-dollar credit facilities. He has negotiated for clients on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts, licenses, leases for office space, manufacturing, research and laboratory facilities, and advised clients on federal research grant compliance.
An Indiana native, Salain earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. from Florida Gulf Coast University.
