Hahn Loeser & Parks Welcomes Five New Associates in Three Practice Areas

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP welcomes five new associates to the firm in its Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio offices, following a virtual swearing-in ceremony on November 8, admitting them to the Ohio Bar. Erica L. Wellman joins the firm’s Litigation Practice Area in its Columbus office. Also joining the Litigation team are Sarah J. Schneider and Colten J. Siedlarczyk in the Cleveland office. In addition, Cleveland added Julia L. Denmeade to its Labor and Employment Practice Area and Caleb P. Ohrn to its Business Law Practice.  All five associates were summer associates at the firm in 2020.

Wellman’s civil litigation practice will focus on matters involving business and commercial disputes, construction law, and employment law. She assists clients in litigation matters, where she handles cases at all stages of litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, researching, and drafting motions. Wellman earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021. She earned her B.A. in 2017 from The University of Akron. Wellman externed for Justice R. Patrick DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Legal Aid Society of Columbus’ Litigation Team in 2020. Wellman was also a law clerk at both Hahn Loeser in 2021 and an estate planning and administration law office in 2019 and 2020.

Schneider will focus on complex commercial litigation. She was a Judicial Extern with the Honorable Judge Christopher A. Boyko of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 2019. She also served as a Legal Extern for the Department of Labor – Office of the Solicitor and as an Extern with Medical Mutual’s Legal Department. Schneider earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2021 and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018.

Siedlarczyk will focus on complex commercial litigation. In the summer of 2019, Siedlarczyk was a Judicial Extern for Cook County Circuit Court Law Division. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2021 and a B.A. from Kent State University in 2013.

Denmeade served as a Legal Extern for the Ohio Civil Rights Commission in Fall 2020 and served as a law clerk at another Cleveland law firm in Summer 2019.  She earned her J.D. from University of Akron School of Law in 2021 and her B.A. from Youngstown State University in 2018.

Ohrn will focus his legal practice on corporate law matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts. Ohrn was a law clerk at a firm in Pennsylvania in 2019. He earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law in 2021 and his B.A. from The University of Akron in 2017.
