Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Mark M. Rawdin has joined the San Diego office as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Rawdin focuses on complex commercial litigation and transactional matters, including technology, real estate development, entertainment, financial services, and emerging growth companies.

Rawdin’s practice encompasses intellectual property disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, real estate and land use matters, employment disputes, partnership and corporate governance conflicts, class-action defense, and unfair competition claims. He also handles cases involving tortious interference with contractual relations, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, employment disputes, and complex multi-party disputes.

A San Diego native, Rawdin earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received a CALI Award in Corporate Innovation and Legal Policy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.
