Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher B. Wick as Chair of the Firm’s Commercial Services & Restructuring Group. Wick has been an attorney at Hahn Loeser since 2003 and a partner since 2009, playing a key role in the growth of the Firm’s Business Practice Area.

Wick’s practice focuses on business reorganizations, workouts, debtors’ and creditors’ rights and corporate transactions across the United States. He has represented parties in the restructuring, reorganization or sale of complex business in various industries, including energy, automotive, agriculture, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing, real estate and steel. Wick also has a broad range of transactional experience and has advised clients in connection with a variety of Debtor-in-possession financing facilities, recapitalization transactions and asset dispositions and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in commercial loan enforcement.
Multiple law organizations and peer-review directories and guides have honored Wick on an annual basis.
