Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP Welcomes Fabianna Pergolizzi to Naples Office

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Naples native Fabianna Pergolizzi joined the firm’s Naples office as an Associate attorney in its Litigation Practice Area.

“We are excited to welcome Fabianna back to Naples and are very fortunate to have her join our growing litigation team,” remarked Mark Klym, Partner-in-Charge of the Naples office. “She has a wealth of trial experience  and has played a prominent roles on both sides of trials, which has been instrumental for her clients.”

Pergolizzi handles cases throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, directing discovery, researching and drafting dispositive motions, attending mediations, arbitrations and trial. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, she was a litigation associate at a large firm in Philadelphia, where she managed approximately 100 cases across the nation from inception to trial.

Admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Florida, Pergolizzi began her time as an associate attorney in 2016, gaining extensive experience in depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolutions. She also interned with the Honorable Rayford A. Means of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the general counsel’s office of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority.

Pergolizzi earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 2016, where she was the President Elect of her graduating class and received a certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. She also was honored as a Fellow to the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society upon graduation. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University in 2013. Pergolizzi also earned a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.

Pergolizzi is also active in philanthropic activities and associations and serves as an Alumni Interviewer for Georgetown University’s Undergraduate Admissions Program.
