Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Nicholas M. Hudnell has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as a Litigation Associate. Hudnell represents clients in complex commercial litigation disputes and insurance coverage and recovery matters.
Hudnell has experience in all phases of litigation, up to and including trial, and has recovered millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for policyholder clients. He has been recognized by both Best Lawyers Ones to Watch and Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars in each of the last two years.
A Cleveland area native, Hudnell earned his J.D. from the Cleveland State University School of Law, where he earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in six classes and was an Editor of Cleveland State Law Review and a Member of the Black Law Students Association. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University.
