Hahn Loeser Columbus Welcomes Ladan Pavlich and Nick Snider

Hahn Loeser & Parks officially welcomed Ladan H. Pavlich and Nicholas L. Snider as new associate attorneys to the Columbus office, following The Ohio Supreme Court’s recent swearing-in ceremony at the Palace Theater, admitting them to the Ohio Bar. Pavlich and Snider both served as summer associates at Hahn Loeser.

Pavlich is a member of firm’s Business Practice Area focusing on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate governance. She was an HLP summer associate in both 2023 and 2024, working with data privacy, trademarks, compliance for the Corporate Transparency Act, and stock purchase default agreements. With a strong interest in data privacy and AI, Pavlich served as a research assistant for the Program on Data and Governance in Columbus where she researched AI ethics and new regulations regarding data privacy. Pavlich earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as chief online editor for the Journal on Dispute Resolution.

Snider is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Area, where he focuses on complex commercial disputes, including construction matters. He served as a law clerk for Ohio State University’s Student Legal Services, preparing complaints, motions and discovery for landlord-tenant disputes. Snider also wrote immigration applications for Ph.D. students pursuing National Interest Waivers and Extraordinary Ability visas and has spent significant time as a grant writer, copywriter and editor for several organizations. His grant writing raised approximately $800,000 for essential community and academic services. Snider received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was named an Eminent Scholar.
