Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Gary D. Rhodes Jr. has joined the Fort Myers office as a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Area. Rhodes focuses on business, construction and real estate litigation.
Rhodes’ experience encompasses breach of contract cases, breach of fiduciary duty, dissolution of partnership, and landlord/tenant issues. He also offers guidance with trust and probate litigation, partition actions, construction defect cases, construction lien cases and unlawful detainer disputes.

Rhodes was recently recognized by his peers as a “Top Lawyer” for Business Litigation in 2024 by Naples Illustrated magazine.
Before moving to civil law, Rhodes began his legal career as an assistant state attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit, prosecuting criminal cases. He carries a J.D. from the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and a B.A. from West Virginia University. While in law school, Rhodes externed for the Arkansas Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
