Partners Aaron S. Evenchik and Tara J. Rose are taking on new leadership roles at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP. Evenchik will join Rob Remington as a National Co-Chair of the Firm’s Construction Law Group and Rose will join Evenchik as a National Co-Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

Evenchik, a member of Hahn Loeser’s Construction and Real Estate practice groups since 2017, represents clients in transactional and litigation matters for construction, real estate and zoning law. Chambers USA and Best Lawyers have recognized him for his work in both Construction and Real Estate and as the 2025 “Cleveland Lawyer of the Year.” Hahn Loeser’s construction practice has been ranked among the nation’s Top 50 Construction Law Firms by Construction Executive magazine in each of the last six years.
Rose joined HLP in 2020, became partner in January of 2023 and was later elevated to Ohio Real Estate Co-Chair. She assists clients with real estate transaction work, leasing, acquisition and disposition, construction contracts, easements, and real estate and construction litigation, including construction defects, tax appeals, eminent domain, land use and zoning, and breach of real estate related agreements. Rose has been recognized in multiple categories by Best Lawyers Ones to Watch and Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
