Cooper will be part of the Firm’s Business Practice Area concentrating in real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and partnership and joint venture formation, with a special emphasis on fund formation and private equity investment. Cooper represents full service real estate organizations, commercial property owners and developers, local and national real estate investors, and institutional third party property managers, and regularly counsels clients in connection with strategic initiatives, investment and governance matters.
