Hahn Loeser Bankruptcy Partner, Christopher B. Wick, was a featured panelist at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) workshop in Chicago on June 18. Mr. Wick discussed, “Best Practices: Litigation and Courtroom Skills,” as part of a series of sessions presented during the ABI’s Central States Bankruptcy Workshop. Mr. Wick was joined by the Hon. G. Michael Halfenger, US Bankruptcy Court (E.D. Wis.), and bankruptcy attorneys Nancy A. Peterman, Christopher J. Schreiber and Deborah D. Williamson during the three-day workshop. Mr. Wick chairs Hahn Loeser’s Commercial Services & Restructuring Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, including corporate reorganizations, workouts, debtors’ and creditors’ rights and corporate transactions across the U.S.
