Hahn Loeser Partner Jeanne Seewald sat down with Greater Naples Chamber President Kristina Park for an episode of “Chamber Chats.” Jeanne discussed how her personal career path brought her to where she is today, pursuing a personal passion of helping businesses succeed. From starting a business to selling one, she has handled all aspects of business law. Jeanne expresses the importance of knowing how to structure and maintain a business through the protection of both hard and soft (creative) assets such as intellectual property and she breaks down the four major areas of intellectual property: Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Trade Secrets.
