Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Cesare P. Piermarini has joined the Cleveland office as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Construction Practice Areas. Piermarini focuses on construction related legal matters and other complex commercial issues, including disputes between contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and owners in all phases of litigation.
Named as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025, Piermarini provides comprehensive legal counsel on project delays, defects, and payment issues. He has negotiated favorable settlements for clients across a wide range of legal matters. Piermarini has resolved many disputes outside the courtroom but also has trial experience with favorable verdicts.
A Northeast Ohio native, Piermarini earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron. He earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School where he gained experience with the school’s Federal Tax Clinic, Veterans Benefit Clinic, and Domestic Violence Clinic. Piermarini also wrote for the William & Mary Law Review.
While in law school, Piermarini worked for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, participating in Real Estate Tax Foreclosure hearings. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio and Eastern District of Michigan.
