Hahn Loeser Partner Aaron Evenchik discussed expected uses of AI in construction, how to plan for such risks, how contracts shift risk overall, and the importance of proper contract and claim documentation during the Construction Employer Association’s legal presentation “AI Cautions in Construction.”
The event included mock depositions and breakfast as Evenchik had the honors of giving the first business presentation inside the brand-new CEA Headquarters in Independence, Ohio. He also explained the current effect of tariffs in the construction industry.
