HAHN LOESER & PARKS LLP IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between you and the Firm and becomes effective once it is signed and returned along with the payment of _______________ Dollars ($_________). This is a paid consultation and not an agreement for representation. Unless otherwise agreed to, audio or video recording of the consultation is prohibited.This is a paid consultation with the consultation fee earned by Firm immediately upon receiving payment for time and work required by Firm to set up and prepare for your consultation. Included in the consultation fee is up to one-hour of attorney time via telephone or on-line video. You will not receive a bill. You will receive a receipt for your records.Although the discussions during the initial consultation will be confidential, the Firm is not agreeing to represent you as your lawyer concerning this legal issue.
