Hahn Loeser recently documented, negotiated and closed the purchase of substantially all of the assets and business of The Ridgefield’s Brand Corporation by Ohio Pure Foods, Inc., a subsidiary of HLP’s long-time client Country Pure Foods. Ridgefield’s, based in Maryland, made “smooth-frozen” drinks, primarily for the health care and school markets. Hahn Loeser was able to negotiate and close this transaction inside of a four-month period. This is the eighth acquisition that Hahn Loeser has negotiated for Country Pure Foods.
