About the Role
Hahn Loeser is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its growing immigration practice. This position offers hands-on experience handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B petitions, TN applications, O and P visa renewals, and E-2 visa embassy processing.
This role will work closely with experienced immigration attorneys, gaining exposure to case strategy, client advising, and end-to-end petition preparation. The position provides meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction, with opportunities to develop expertise in both nonimmigrant visa categories and consular processing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking to build a strong foundation in business immigration law while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 2-5 years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 visas preferred
- Admission to any U.S. state bar is required
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with corporate clients and foreign nationals
Hahn Loeser offers a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. Associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
