Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen Scallan has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Litigation Partner. Mr. Scallan advises businesses in high-stakes commercial disputes, including complex shareholder litigation, fraud and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) actions, breach of contract matters, professional liability claims, fraudulent transfer litigation, and white-collar criminal matters.

Mr. Scallan has extensive trial and appellate experience, representing clients in both federal and state court matters. He also helped clients secure favorable settlements in a variety of matters, including multi-million-dollar partnership disputes involving multiple entities and related lawsuits. Mr. Scallan’s experience has earned him AV-Preeminent status from Martindale-Hubbell and Illinois Super Lawyers honors.
A Chicago area native, Mr. Scallan earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and is admitted to practice in Illinois, Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
