Stephen Scallan maintains a sophisticated litigation practice focused on high-stakes commercial disputes in both federal and state courts, including complex shareholder litigation, fraud and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) actions, breach of contract matters, professional liability claims, and fraudulent transfer litigation.

Helping clients in all phases, Stephen has appellate experience representing clients in appeals from both federal and state court judgments, including briefing and oral advocacy on complex legal and procedural issues.

A Chicago area native, Stephen received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
