Adam Tucker represents private sector and public sector clients in employment and other litigation matters, while also utilizing his diverse experience in private practice and sixteen years in local government to advise clients on employment, civil rights, land use, economic development, construction, and contract matters.

Adam has tried cases in both federal and state courts and argued appeals before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Sixth Circuits. He also has experience handling matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and conducting in-house investigations.

Prior to joining Hahn Loeser in March 2026, Adam served as City Attorney for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, a rapidly growing city with more than 1,500 employees and approximately 175,000 residents. While living in Tennessee, Adam also served for five years on the Franklin County (TN) School Board.

A Northeast Ohio native and graduate of Kenyon College, Adam received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
