Hahn Loeser announces Gorom as Partner-In-Charge in Cleveland

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Stanley R. Gorom III has been appointed the Partner-In-Charge of the firm’s Cleveland office. Gorom has been a member of Hahn Loeser’s board of directors for more than 10 years and serves as administrative chair of the firm’s Business Practice Area. “Stan has long been an effective leader for our firm,” said Marc J. Kessler, CEO and Managing Partner. “I am genuinely excited to have the benefit of his counsel and skills in this new position.” 

Gorom focuses his personal practice in general corporate, M&A, real estate and gaming law. He has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of businesses of all types across the country. He has negotiated agreements with state-owned enterprises in Russia, France and China in multiple cross-border transactions. He recently closed the successful placement of $400 million in bond financing. In addition, Gorom has extensive experience counseling companies in the gaming industry, including being found suitable to hold gaming assets in more than 5 states.

Gorom earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. from Indiana University. His community involvement includes the Cleveland Restoration Society, Catholic Charities Services Corporation and the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation. Among his accomplishments, he is listed in Ohio Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, Real Estate Law and has the highest rating of AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell.
