Sohan D. Manek’s practice is focused on general corporate law. He works diligently on managing and coordinating transactions to bring about successful outcomes for his clients. Sohan regularly advises clients on all aspects of their operations, including issues of corporate structure and governance.
Sohan has wide transactional experience that includes mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and capital markets. He has experience drafting and reviewing offering documentation, underwriting agreements, SEC registration statements, auditor comfort packages, indemnity agreements, nondisclosure agreements and press releases. Additionally, he has taken the lead on due diligence processes for large-scale transactions and offerings.
Sohan has represented a variety of clients, including financial institutions, real-estate investment trusts, biotech companies and sovereigns. He has worked with these entities in their capacities as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, buyers and sellers.
