Phil Eckenrode is a partner in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office. He represents clients in business litigation matters, including healthcare litigation, disputes over complex commercial transactions, fraud, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights. He also represents clients in employment matters involving enforcement of non-compete/non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and employer-side defense of discrimination charges both in court and before federal and state agencies. Phil practiced in the Firm’s Columbus office from 2008-2015. Following a six-year stint as the General Counsel for a Cleveland-based manufacturing company, Eckenrode returned to the Firm in 2021 and now practices from the Firm’s Cleveland office.
