Jerome R. Crabtree

Jerome Crabtree is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Trust and Estates Practice Area and focuses on estate planning and business succession planning. He guides clients through creating and updating revocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, supplemental needs trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts.

Jerome also has experience counseling clients on entity formation, corporate structure, and other corporate governance matters. He has represented several funds launching and doing business in a variety of states, drafted purchase and sell agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and other corporate documents for LLCs and corporations.
