Jennifer Brown is Of Counsel in Hahn Loeser’s Naples office and is a member of the Litigation practice area. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Jennifer served for 13 years as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Florida. She was a supervising attorney in the felony division, where she handled complex criminal litigation ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. In that role, she successfully brought more than 50 jury trials to verdict.
Jennifer possesses significant knowledge of courtroom process and procedure, as well as motion, deposition, and trial practice. This experience allows her to guide and assist her clients throughout all stages of litigation.
Jennifer brings her passion for advocacy to her clients on a variety of matters, including contested wills and trusts (e.g. undue influence and capacity challenges), estate and trust administrations, and commercial and business litigation.
