Jamie B. Schwinghamer concentrates her practice in the areas of probate, trust, guardianship and complex commercial litigation.   She provides clients with strategic counseling, business, and legal advice on a variety of matters, including will and trust contests; disputed estate and trust administrations; trust modification, revocation and termination; surcharge and removal proceedings; guardianships; guardianship litigation; business, commercial and real estate contracts; business transactions; business torts; and shareholder and partnership disputes and appeals.
