Jack A. Battaglia is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Chicago office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice area. Jack handles a wide range of matters, including actions involving commercial contracts, corporate law, shareholder/member/partner disputes, employment contracts and discrimination claims, construction and contractor disputes, insurance coverage issues, and business torts such as fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Jack has extensive litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Jack practiced at Chicago law firms specializing in litigation and trial work, and he spent two years clerking for Illinois trial and appellate court judges. Jack graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was the Managing Executive Editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law.
