Ethan B. Shakoori is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s San Diego office and is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Ethan’s practice focuses on employment law compliance and litigation and complex commercial litigation. Ethan’s complex commercial litigation practice includes representing clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, class-action defense, and defending against claims for violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, breach of contract, unfair business practices, fraud, and negligence.

Ethan spent his first two years as an associate at a firm in San Diego, focusing on commercial and healthcare litigation. His experience there also included judgment enforcement and assisting with business reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, and tax controversy matters.

Just a few months after joining Hahn Loeser, Ethan was one of only two recipients chosen for the Outstanding New Attorney Award, presented by San Diego Defense Lawyers. Ethan now serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the San Diego Defense Lawyers.
