Colten Siedlarczyk focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation. His practice is multifaceted utilizing risk mitigation, and both informal and formal dispute resolution to best position his clients. In addition, Colten advises and counsels his clients on OHSA regulation and enforcement.
Colten’s prior five years’ experience in logistics, transportation and supply chain management gives him the foundation and advantage to understand the inner workings of business enterprises, complex projects, and the importance of ongoing interaction with clients to create solutions in keeping with their goals.
An experienced problem solver, Colten collaborates with clients to identify and mitigate the risks associated with construction projects. However, realizing that all risk cannot be eliminated, Colten takes pride in advocating for clients. He frequently represents clients in mediation, arbitration, litigation, and in ODOT Dispute Resolution.
Well-versed about the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) workforce safety protections and health standards, Colten counsels employers and provides training to educate clients on hazards and regulations unique to the Construction industry.
Colten earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2021 and joined Hahn Loeser that year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Kent State University, class of 2013.
