Christopher S. Baxter is Of Counsel in the Bankruptcy Litigation group in the Columbus office. His practice focuses on business bankruptcy and includes receiverships, and commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. His representation focuses on debtors, creditors, lenders, bondholders, businesses, and creditors’ committees.
Prior to joining Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, Christopher practiced at an AM-100 law firm and completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Charles M. Caldwell (Ret.), who served as the Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Christopher’s attention to detail and solid understanding of the laws governing bankruptcy, enables him to advise clients to meet their goals and find the most cost-effective solution to resolve bankruptcy disputes and other litigation.
