As a member of Hahn Loeser’s Litigation Group, Christopher P. Gordon offers a unique perspective and background through his experience gained from two federal judicial clerkships. Chris’s experience covers a broad range of practice areas, including class action litigation, wage-and-hour litigation, ERISA, employment law, administrative law, constitutional law, construction law, intellectual property law, election law, interstate shipping law, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Chris utilizes his experience from inside the courtroom to handle litigation matters effectively and efficiently. Chris handles litigation at various stages by drafting pleadings, researching and drafting dispositive motions and briefs, and engaging in and managing discovery.
Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Chris worked as a law clerk for the Honorable James L. Graham in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and for the Honorable Alan E. Norris in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
