Brittany provides education and strategic guidance related to estate planning, trust structures, wealth transfer objectives, and the practical administration of estate plans.

As a trusts and estates attorney, Brittany’s experience includes advising clients and collaborating with their advisors on estate planning strategies tailored to family dynamics, wealth preservation goals, transfer objectives, and tax considerations. Her work includes drafting and reviewing revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living will declarations, and counseling clients on asset titling and beneficiary designations to align with broader estate plan goals. Brittany also has experience in probate and trust administration. She has managed estate and trust administrations from initial client intake through final distribution and closure and enjoys counseling fiduciaries on duties and obligations throughout the process.

Brittany also assists in the preparation and review of fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts, federal gift tax returns, and federal estate and generation-skipping transfer tax returns.

Prior to becoming licensed as an attorney, Brittany was a paralegal supporting probate matters primarily related to personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death across all 88 counties in Ohio.
