Brittany Mallow is an Associate in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office, where she is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice.  She assists clients with complex workplace disputes, and guides clients through legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from hiring through termination. Brittany has experience handling complex litigation as well as assisting clients with various employment documents, including non-compete and separation agreements, policies and procedures, and employee handbooks. Brittany also handles matters dealing with subrogation, breach of contract, and trade secret claims.

Brittany’s diverse professional background in management, the service industry, and corporate business environment allows her to identify and respond to clients’ needs effectively and efficiently.

Brittany earned her J.D./M.B.A. from Cleveland State University, where she was awarded Best Petitioner’s Brief and advanced to the final four at a national moot court competition. During law school, Brittany was also a Law Justice Scholar and Alumni Association Life Member Scholar. Additionally, Brittany holds Certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida.
