As an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Labor & Employment practice, Ariel Lipsky advises clients on compliance issues and implementing corporate and labor and employment best practices.
Ariel has experience defending employers in a wide range of litigation matters including allegations of wrongful termination under state law, employment discrimination under state and federal law, claims of violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, and allegations of minimum wage and overtime violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, Ariel counsels clients on employment-related matters, drafts employment agreements and policies, and conducts training on employment matters.
Ariel’s practice draws on her several years of experience litigating a variety of insurance and subrogation claims. Specifically, Ariel has worked closely at all stages of litigation in federal and state court on matters involving large loss property subrogation, automobile subrogation, fire and explosion claims, product liability, and construction defect claims.
