Brad Eben represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including business torts, breach of contract, construction litigation, emergency business litigation, legal malpractice, fraud, and corporate, partnership, and LLC member disputes. Brad handles litigation matters at all phases, from drafting pleadings, discovery motions and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss, through large-scale document review and oral argument.
Brad attended the University of Michigan School of Law where he worked for the International Transactions Clinic, an experience that inspired him to become a business litigator. He has also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jorge Alonso in the Northern District of Illinois.
Outside of his legal practice, Brad works with other Chicago attorneys and law students by way of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section to advise on professional ethics considerations and volunteer on service projects.
